Avon Fitness is a 24 hour gym in Avon, NY. We are family owned and operated, serving the communities in Livingston County since 2004. We are located in the village of Avon, offering convenience for residents of Caledonia, Lima, Livonia & Geneseo. Whether you're just getting started or have been training for years, we welcome all levels of fitness.
We offer a friendly atmosphere with attentive staff in a clean and comfortable environment. Our 8,000 square foot facility includes multiple rooms for exercise. Looking to exercise in a less crowded space with a community feel? We're the place for you.
Cardio Equipment
Our facility contains many pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, stationary bikes, recumbent ellipticals, stair stepper, and a rowing machine. Flat screen televisions are available for member use.
Strength Training
We offer a variety of resistance equipment and cable machines. This strength equipment is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
Weight Room
Our weight room includes a dual power rack, leg press, smith machine, flat, incline, adjustable benches and more. Preloaded barbells are available alongside dumbbells up to 150lbs.
Training Room
The training room is always available for member use. This spacious area contains functional training equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, step boxes, resistance bands, stability balls, mats, squat rack, and various accessories to meet your fitness needs.
