What is the age to join?
The minimum fitness age is 16. Must be 18+ years for 24 hour access

Do you have a shower & sauna?

Yes there are both. One of each are located in the locker rooms

Do you offer veteran/military benefits or family/group rates?

Not at this time

Do you offer classes or personal training?
Not at this time

Can someone teach me how to use the machines?
The staff is trained to assist with machines. Personalized programs are unavailable

What is the dress code?
Shirts, pants, and closed toe shoes are required at all times. Proper gym attire is preferred

Can I take photos & videos?

While you may take photos or videos in public areas of the gym, we request that you be mindful of other members, and not film anyone without their permission. We discourage the use of tripods and other filming equipment during peak times

Do you participate with insurance based memberships?
Insurance companies may offer gym membership reimbursement programs at zero or low cost to you. To determine your eligibility, please contact your insurance provider

Membership

When can I start using my membership after sign up?
The membership is available immediately

What does 24 hour access mean?
24 hour access memberships allow access to the gym 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year

How do I get a key fob/digital key for check in?
If you sign up in person, you choose a $10 key fob or $0 digital key for smartphones. If you sign up online, an automatic email will be sent for a digital key. Please see the front desk if you prefer to purchase a key fob

Do I have to check in each time I arrive?
Yes, each person must check in upon arrival during both staffed hours and 24 hour access. This allows us to verify each individual entering the facility and their membership

Can I share a key fob/digital key with someone?
No, each person must have their own key fob/digital key

Can I bring a guest?
Avon Fitness does not offer complimentary guest passes. Day passes may be purchased in person during staffed hours. Guests are not allowed during unstaffed hours

Why is my key fob/digital key not granting access to the gym?
The gym membership may be expired or membership dues are unpaid. Login to your member account to view account balances or contact us for further questions

Can I freeze my membership?
Avon Fitness offers temporary freezes only for medical purposes with a doctor’s note

How do I cancel?
Avon Fitness requires a signature for cancellation of autobill memberships. Signatures must be received four business days before the date of withdrawal (15th of each month). If you are unable to visit the gym to sign the cancellation form, it can be mailed to you, or emailed requesting a form to provide an e-signature

Member Account & Digital Key

What is a member account?
The Avon Fitness member account allows you to view and update account details including membership plans, transactions, receipts, and check ins. The account is also available to view and update payment methods and renew memberships online.

What is a digital key?

The digital key allows check in via smartphone through the Brivo Mobile Pass app

Why is my Member Account login not working?
If you are unable to login to your member account, it may be because you have not activated the member account yet. Check your email for 'Activate Member Account' email link or click here to send an email requesting your member account setup link (may take up to one business day)

Why is my Brivo Mobile Pass digital key not working?
Digital keys may not transfer to a new device. Avon Fitness encourages members to create an account within the Brivo Mobile Pass app in order to avoid disruptions to digital key access. If you have a new smartphone and your digital key is not working, please contact Avon Fitness for a new invite link
